August Stamp Club Projects - Sponge & Spritz Technique

Hi friends!  How's your week so far?  A few days ago I mentioned that we were going to try and paint our bedroom.  Well, I'm happy to report that we did it!  I absolutely LOVE the colour too.  It's almost Pool Party.  I will tell you that I absolutely loathe the painting process though.  Not my idea of a good time.  :)

Anyways, on to today's post.  These projects are the ones we did at my August Stamp Club meetings.  I taught the ladies the Sponge & Spritz technique.
Stamps: Fabulous Florets
Ink: Black StazOn, Tempting Turquoise, Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight
Paper: Whisper White, Basic Black, Daffodil Delight
Other: Stampin' Spritzer, Stampin' Sponge

This next card is dedicated to Shannon West at the Stampin' Up! home office.  She and I enjoy the same beverage.  Any guesses what it is?
Stamps: Cycle Celebration
Ink: Early Espresso, Soft Suede, Crumb Cake
Stampin' Write Markers: Early Espresso, Real Red
Paper: Smoky Slate, Whisper White, Silver Glimmer Paper, Brights Paper Stack
Big Shot: Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, Chalk Talk Framelits
Ribbon: Real Red Stitched Grosgrain
Other: Stampin' Spritzer, Stampin' Sponge

And last but not least, the layout for this card was cased from someone online who I believe said she cased it from the Stampin' Success magazine (the SU demonstrator magazine).
Stamps: By the Tide
Ink: Black StazOn, Pool Party, Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay
Paper: Pool Party, Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay
Punches: 1" Square, 1 1/4" Square
Embellishments: Vintage Faceted Buttons, Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine
Other: Stampin' Spritzer, Stampin' Sponge

So what do you think?  Easy enough eh?  Give it a try.  You'll love the results!  And if you need any supplies for your crafting adventures, go check out My Online Store (be sure to swing by the Clearance Rack too).

Happy Stampin'
