So did you download your free trial of My Digital Studio yesterday? If you missed it, don't worry, this is an ongoing promotion so you can download it any time. Scroll to yesterday's post if you want those details.
Today's card was cased from Kristen Nicole Cunningham. She made a really pretty version in yellow, but I wanted mine to be a little more masculine, so I did it in browns. And since Valentines Day is just around the corner I thought this would be the perfect card for my husband. Do you think adding all those jewels will inspire him to buy me something sparkly? Diamonds perhaps? A girl can dream. :)
I think all the texture from using a selection of embossing folders with the Big Shot is what really makes this card a winner. It's elegant and beautiful and one of those cards that you just want to reach out and run your fingers over. If you don't have a Big Shot yet, Sale-a-bration is the perfect time to get one! You can get two free items from the Sale-a-bration catalogue just for purchasing the Big Shot, and fancy that, there are two Big Shot items in the Sale-a-bration catalogue!
